For cosmetic ingredients, a comprehensive list of substances known to be harmful to health has been compiled from various reliable sources. These sources include Red Ecoestética (www.ecoestetica.org), Odile Fernandez (www.misrecetasanticancer.com), Estrella de las Nieves (http://estrelladelasnieves.es), Ecolisima (http://ecolisima.com), Naturalsensia (http://www.naturalsensia.com), and Wikibelleza (http://wikibelleza.es), among others.

When it comes to food additives, a list of suspected additives has been created based on data collected from reputable entities such as the European Union, World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), JECFA, National Consumer Institute's Technical Service, Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives, and the Joint Committee of FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives.
